Finance Transformation Manager - Planning & Analytics
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Remuneration: Up to £80k FTC
Overview
Pearse Professionals are partnering with a business undergoing a significant, enterprise wide transformation across CRM, HR and Finance. As part of this programme, the organisation is strengthening its Planning & Analytics capability to ensure the new finance architecture delivers meaningful commercial insight.
A consultancy is leading the systems development and architecture. What’s missing is a finance led specialist to bridge FP&A and the technical teams, ensuring planning models, reporting outputs and data structures are fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the finance lead across Planning & Analytics within the wider transformation programme
Own forecasting, budgeting and planning model alignment
Review and challenge system builds from a finance perspective
Lead dimension mapping and data structure validation
Ensure reporting outputs support commercial and operational decision making
Translate finance requirements clearly to external consultants and developers
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong background in FP&A, forecasting and financial reporting
Experience supporting finance system implementations or transformations
Confident reviewing model builds and reporting logic
Comfortable operating between finance and technical stakeholders
Real estate or asset-heavy sector experience advantageous
