Duration: Interim assignment, 9-12 months - Immediate start
Remuneration: Up to £650 per day
Overview
Pearse Professionals are supporting a global organisation in undertaking a significant Customer Services transformation programme centred on the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, alongside wider modernisation of its global call centre operations.
They are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead delivery of the system implementation and associated operational change across multiple international locations.
This is a hands on delivery role requiring strong governance, stakeholder management and vendor oversight capability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud (exposure to Marketing Cloud beneficial)
Manage transition from legacy call centre systems (ideally experience with Genesys replacement)
Coordinate cross regional delivery (Europe, India, LATAM)
Manage third party systems integrators and technology partners
Own project governance, RAID logs, reporting and steering updates
Oversee operational readiness, transition management and process alignment
Support AI / chatbot-enabled customer service initiatives
Ensure delivery to timeline, budget and quality expectations
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record delivering Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
Experience within call centre / customer operations environments
Experience managing system change and operational transition
Strong stakeholder management across IT and business functions
Experience running RFP processes desirable
Comfortable working in fast paced, international environments
