Location: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid)
Overview
Pearse Professionals are supporting a PE-backed services business based in Valencia seeking a senior interim finance executive to lead a comprehensive finance transformation. This is a high impact role reporting directly to the CEO and investors, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and influence strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the finance function, including systems, reporting, FP&A, and controls
Implement scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence
Strengthen investor reporting, cash flow management, and board reporting
Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and potential M&A activity
Act as a hands-on operational partner to the leadership team
Ideal Candidate
Proven interim CFO with finance transformation experience, ideally in tech, digital services
Must have worked for PE-backed businesses previously
Experience scaling finance teams and implementing systems and controls
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong board/investor reporting and strategic advisory skills
Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable with fast paced environments
