Overview:
Pearse Professionals are seeking an experienced interim consultant to lead a large scale, Europe-wide data and reporting transformation programme for a global investment group.
The initiative will standardise data collection and reporting processes across a multi-country portfolio, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and seamless integration into global frameworks. The role will involve close collaboration with finance, investment, and technology teams, as well as external advisors.
Role & Responsibilities:
Define and implement standardised reporting templates and data workflows.
Map end-to-end reporting processes (collection → validation → integration).
Design governance and quality control frameworks to ensure data reliability.
Guide technology integration with iLevel and other reporting systems.
Lead cross-functional workshops and provide training to internal teams.
Deliver full documentation and support change management.
Deliverables:
Standardised reporting templates and process documentation.
Data quality control framework with automated validation checks.
Governance and maintenance guidelines.
Training and handover materials for internal teams.
Candidate Profile:
Proven track record managing multi-country reporting and integration projects.
Strong knowledge of data governance, financial reporting standards, and portfolio management tools.
Experience with platforms such as Yardi, Anaplan, and Power BI.
Skilled in working across finance, technology, and investment functions.
Able to deliver practical, scalable, and audit-ready solutions in complex environments.
