Overview:

Pearse Professionals are working with a leading global investment firm in finding a Finance Transformation Director to lead a strategic Europe-wide initiative focused on streamlining reporting and data integration across its portfolio companies. This is a rare opportunity to drive process transformation, system integration, and governance improvements at scale, shaping the future of finance operations across multiple countries.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of standardized reporting templates and workflows across European portfolio companies.

  • Drive finance process transformation, ensuring alignment with global reporting frameworks.

  • Oversee technology integration, including platforms like Yardi, Power BI, Anaplan, and other financial systems.

  • Establish robust data quality controls, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes.

  • Collaborate with finance, investment, and technology teams, as well as external consultants, to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

  • Lead stakeholder management at a senior level, influencing change and embedding new ways of working.

  • Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing global reporting frameworks

  • Strong experience in asset management or private equity environments with portfolio reporting exposure.

  • Expertise in finance workflow standardisations

  • Deep understanding of finance governance, controls, and data quality frameworks.

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable operating at a senior, strategic level while also driving execution.
