Overview
Pearse Professionals are partnering with a private equity-backed technology and services business in Germany on the appointment of an Interim Finance Modeller to drive and own the company's budgeting process through a critical build phase
The business needs an experienced, technically excellent finance modeller to design and deliver a fully fledged budget model from the ground up. This is a hands on, fast-paced mandate for someone who can take ownership and push it through to completion.
Role
Own and drive the end to end budgeting process for the business
Build a fully fledged, driver based budget model spanning product lines, segments, market trends, cost modelling and the relevant underlying business drivers
Structure the model so it can be handed to and used across all business units from early September
Partner closely with the finance leadership and PE sponsor to align on approach and priorities
What you’ll bring
Deep, hands-on financial modelling expertise, someone who genuinely knows how to build this technically, not just review it
Experience building budget / FP&A models from scratch in a fast-moving environment
IT / technology sector experience a distinct advantage
